Booking Policy

Plain English. No hidden fees, no surprises. These terms apply to every booking and are listed on your quote.

Payment

A 50% depositis required to lock your date. You can pay it securely online with Square right after you receive your quote — nothing manual, no waiting on us.

The remaining 50% is due no later than 3 days before your event. We’ll send a final Square invoice the week of your event.

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non‑refundable. Once you put your deposit down, we hold your date and turn away other bookings for that day, so we can’t refund the deposit if you cancel.

Rescheduling

You can always rescheduleto any available date on our calendar — your deposit transfers in full, no extra fee. Just let us know as far in advance as you can.

If you’re inside the final 7 days before your event, the same-week rush surcharge applies to the new date as well.

Service Area

Free delivery, setup, and breakdown anywhere in Sacramento metro (Roseville, Folsom, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, Granite Bay). Beyond a 30‑mile radius, we add a small mileage fee on the final quote.

Setup & Breakdown

We arrive 2 hours beforeyour event start time and break everything down within an hour after your end time. You don’t lift a chair.

For outdoor events, you’re responsible for confirming a backup indoor plan if weather turns — we don’t set up in rain.

Damage

Normal wear and tear is on us. Customers are responsible for damage beyond normal use (chair breakage, linen burns, lost silverware). We’ll itemize anything before charging your card on file.
